Quotes and scope

Quotes are based on the information and photos provided and are itemised against an agreed scope. If site conditions differ materially from what was described, we will contact you before proceeding with additional work.

Service limitations

Services are subject to scope, site condition, safe access, equipment requirements and availability. Work requiring a licensed trade or specialist contractor will be identified and excluded or referred where appropriate.

Licensed work

Zekta does not perform electrical, plumbing, gas, structural, regulated building or other licensed work. Such work is identified and excluded or referred to an appropriately licensed contractor.

Visual property checks

Visual property condition checks and service reports are observational records only. They are not licensed building, pest, electrical or other regulated inspections.

Access

Safe, lawful access to the property is required. Where access cannot be obtained at the agreed time, a call-out or rescheduling fee may apply.

Weather and rescheduling

Wet or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will contact you as early as practicable if a booking needs to move.

Urgent and emergency requests

Zekta does not provide a 24-hour public emergency-response service. Approved real estate clients receive a separate emergency contact number for authorised urgent property matters, subject to scope and availability. Any immediate threat to life or safety should be directed to the appropriate emergency service.

Real estate authority

Agency requests must be submitted by an authorised user. Where a spending limit applies, work above that limit requires written approval. Tenant contact and access permissions are the agency's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment methods and terms are stated on the invoice. Disposal, travel and additional-scope charges are itemised where they apply.

Additional fees you should know about

• • Animal-waste removal is a separate service and fee
• • Excessive overgrowth or concealed hazards may change the scope
• • Waste and disposal fees depend on type, amount and facility charges
• • Travel charges may apply outside the standard service area
